Lustige Blaetter was a pioneering Berlin satire magazine that featured many leading German artists and cartoonists who would fuel the rise of posters in Germany, including Julius Klinger.
Angelo Jank was a prominent artist, professor and member of the Munich Secession. His pioneering image of a jester became successful branding for what would become the famous early magazine.
